There is no alternative to the step-by-step path to the Alliance
Rarely have there been so many unresolved issues on the agenda of NATO summits as during the meeting of Alliance leaders in Vilnius. Completion of Sweden’s accession, previously blocked by Turkish President Erdogan. Transformation of long-term rhetoric about the possibility of Ukraine’s membership in NATO into a difficult but real path to accession, which Kyiv wants to see.
