The Course “Activism in Cyberspace as a Hybrid Threats Counter” Launched at Ostroh Academy

The course “Activism in Cyberspace as a Hybrid Threats Counter ”, as part of the project “Civil Society in Conflict Resolution: EU Experience for Ukraine”,  started at the National University of Ostroh Academy on May 1.

The course allows participants to immerse themselves in online learning and learn about cyberactivism’s peculiarities and its role in combating hybrid threats. Participants – students and young researchers interested in gaining knowledge about modern cyber threats and methods of neutralizing them – will explore various aspects of cyberspace, including mechanisms of inciting conflicts through social media and strategies for countering disinformation.

“This course is an important step in training qualified professionals capable of effectively countering hybrid threats in the modern world. It will not only raise participants’ awareness of current challenges but also equip them with the necessary tools to participate in the protection of the information space actively,”

says Sergii Ishchuk, Doctor of Law, Professor, EURoCoRP team member.
